Dell U2410 Red Pixel?

What is Dell's policy on a single stuck red pixel in the middle of the screen? Does this fall under their return or exchange policy? Just got my brand new U2410 Rev 03 and it has a nice Red stuck pixel in the middle of the screen..

yup just give them a call. they do advanced exchange I believe so they send one out and then you send it back prepaid

Just got off the phone with Dell. They are sending me a new one overnight....

in the meantime and if you haven't already, try using JScreenFix and UDPixel.

I've been trying that for about 2 hours now. Still their. It figures to, because everything else is perfect.

Have you tried massaging the screen? Sometimes stuck pixels get fixed with some light pressure. No joke.

What else have you got to lose while you wait for a new display?

Just got my replacement :-( Its got 2 red stuck pixels in the left middle of the screen. Now I'm really annoyed. Just got off the phone with Dell they are sending me a 3rd replacement now....

I'm in the same boat with a U2311H. I guess quality control must be slipping or something...

Yeah I think so. I never had a problem with dead or stuck pixels on any Dell Ultra Sharp I have owned. Well lets see if third time is the charm..
