Hello, I have an old Dell Optiplex 745 I found from my work area that no one wants to use anymore. Is it possible that I could take every parts out and put new parts into it to use it in my living room for online tv as Hulu Netflix/Blu-Ray DVD movies/gaming like it's a Xbox One or PS4 or PC game for Steam?

Not really. I think it uses a proprietary mobo layout.
