dell pwm vs "normal" pwm

replaced my dads desktop (which was my first desktop) a few weeks ago with an antec isk rig. and ive been toying around with a btx--->atx mod for the case. I noticed that there was a pretty nice 120mmx38mm delta pwm fan that I could put to use, but it has a proprietary connector. can anyone shed some light on the wiring diagram for this so I can re-pin it to a normal 4 pin pwm.

and heres the old case if anyone wants to throw some modding ideas out there. Im thinking about just modding the rear i/o panel to take a flipped ATX mobo
