Doing some research and have found that the motherboards in these machines had issues with busted/swollen caps.

The issue is that the machine I'm having an issue with is a refurbished GX270. I'm not sure of the purchase date because that happened before I worked for this company. I've attached a picture. Take a look and tell me if that's a busted cap. If it is, I've got 4 or 5 of them just like this one on the board.

If so, is it possible to have the caps replaced? My solder-fu is weak, but we have a few folks who could do it.
