Default VTT and NB voltages

No, but the BIOS should tell you the default values on the right-hand side of the screen when you have a setting highlighted.
 
Its on intel.com in the datasheet for the P35 chipset under Electrical Characteristics section.
 
well ive been running it at 3ghz (333x9) and things were great. i just updated the bios for my mb to the newest version and it reset all my settings. since than ive crashed twice, so i wanted to go back in and tweak the settings again.
