Hello HardForum!

I've been offered this "old" setup for approx. $350 (I'm from Denmark so the price might be a bit off).

CPU: AMD Phenom x4 965
GPU: ATI Gigabyte 5770 1GB
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz
CASE: Antec Dark Fleet 85
PSU: GX 750W
MoBo: Asus M4A78T-E 790GX AM3 DDR3

Is it worth it and can I use NVIDIA cards in it or only AMD?

I want a better PC as I'm playing on a laptop but I also wanna wait for Ivy Bridge and Kepler before going on a full out shopping spree! :)
