Dead Space??

for Dead Space the mouse and keyboard feel MUCH better to me than the controller. the only games that I have stuck with using a controller on the pc for has been Assassins Creed that Alone in the Dark pos.
 
I play mine on the console and would not have it any other way. Perhaps a 360 controller on PC would be just as good.

its got a huge dead spot when trying to move around and some others on EA forums noticed too. tbh I will never understand how people can can play shooters with those blasted things. IMO keyboard and mouse is so much better on the pc for any type of shooting game.
 
crap now I have a problem with something silly. I started the game on easy but now when I save it says I am on medium. my first save even still says easy on it. I didnt change difficulty to medium and in fact I cant even find a way to change it in the first place. how the heck do I change it back to easy? :confused:

Takes a while to get used to it, but it's playable. I still prefer keyboard and mouse though. So much more easier to shoot stuff.
 
There is two ways to look at this... Since this is supposed to be a horror game the controls are sub par often on purpose... Take Resident Evil 4 for example... So this may be one example where it isn´t a negative having inferior controls... But then with these strategic dismemberment stuff guess it can get kind of annoying not hitting where you want. I will probably stick to mouse and keyboard and try to ramp the difficulty level up instead :)
 
Guess I'll just bite the bullet and pick it up. Reviews for this game seem to be split right down the middle for the PC version strictly speaking. Space + scary zombies just too good to pass up.
