EDIT: deal dead, prices went way back up, and with the 2070/2080 announced today I wouldn't pay retail for one of these anyhow.

Maybe clearing out ahead of potential impending product launch, but those are pretty good prices I think!

not bad, i've had zero issues with PNY cards over the last 10 years. think i'll keep waiting though see how far the 1070/ti will drop since i have no desire of owning the xx70/80 next gen since i doubt i'll be buying a 4k monitor any time soon.

Yeah. Was actually looking at and the UFD reporter made a decent point. If the RTX 2080 is on par with a Titan V then it could be that the GTX 2060 is on par with a GTX 1080 based on the skew comparison.

Correct. That is why I bought the GTX 1060. I was hoping the 2060 would be close to a 1080 but it doesn't look to be the case so I may just end up buying a 1080 altogether if there is a significant price drop to $300 I hope.
