I'd love to get you the "distelled water from the hospital" as you said and have you stand in there and i'll put JUST 12volts (AC outlets are 110v) in it. In my 5 years in engineering i never encountered a book that says distelled water is non-conductive.

Strictly speaking there is no such thing as a "non-conductor". If the
voltage is high enough electrons will bridge the gap, even a vacuum.
Lightning strikes through air even though we normally think of air as being
a "non-conductor".
The conductivity of water and other solutions is measured by a
variety of
specially designed cells. The two sites below describe these in some detail:

The electrical conductivity is related to the electrical resistivity by
the equation: R = L / c A, where
R is the resistance in ohms, L is the length of the conductor (or the
distance between electrodes, and A is the cross sectional area of the
electrodes (or cylindrical conductor). The resistivity is defined as 1/c =
r, so R = r x L / A. The reason I am making this point is that depending
upon the source you look up you may find "conductivity" or "resistivity".
Some typical values: for pure water the resistivity r = 2.5 x 10^5 ohm
meters. (Notice the peculiar unit ohm meter) the terms L / A has units of 1/
distance even though the distances referred to are unrelated.) For glass r ~
10^12; for diamond r = 2.7, saturated NaCl in water = 0.044; graphite =
1.4 x 10^-5; and metals are in the range of 1-10 x 10^-8.
It is interesting that the electrical conductivity of diamond could be
used to distinguish it from a fake.
