my offer is off the table, I bought a different system
Don't blame you.
Did OP even respond to you at all on your generous offer?
Me thinks OP doesn't understand how this selling old equipment thing works.
.
If OP waits this out long enough, it will be worth it eventually as an ancient relic.
Just a sales class 101 kind of a thing.....
Change the buy now price to $699.
It's only $11 less and it makes the first digit a "6".
Psychologically to the buyer, it's a much lower number.
.
I'm picturing OP to be a kid who talked Mom & Dad into lending him $750 for a new computer
with the idea that he would get their money back by selling his "not entirely broken" old computer.
Now reality is setting in that he's going to need to deliver pizzas to make back the money.
Nobody seems to want his $710.00 "not entirely broken" old computer.
.
Part it out, chop shop. Get what you can put of the other components; someone may want mobo, processor, and memory only.
You may have to just take the hit on "not entirely broken" components. You can't guarantee these components won't fail.
$710 is too pricey even if everything was working properly IMO.
I apologize it's just really pricey to ship a desktop computer keep in mind

This is just a long painful read.....
I uploaded new pictures for listing & here is video of computer in action
EDIT: As a side note, to help drive this point home, saying that you're going to lose money and trying to get other people to you sounds like someone with a 4 year old car trying to sell it for what they paid for it. .
Ok here's long story short. Honestly The reason Im selling this computer is because my 19 year old kid self made huge mistake buying this computer from eBay seller in late 2014. The seller & I we're not cooperating well. He sold me computer with incorrect parts I asked for 280x he gives me 270. But at same time I blame myself for buying computer from seller & I could of built computer on my own but I doubted myself. Last year I was capable of building my very own computer which you could notice in old ebay listing pictures in the background. Now I just want to get rid of this computer I regret buying it
You should have returned it, no one is going to pay anywhere near what you're asking for it. The sooner you realize it the sooner you'll actually get something out of it. Believe or not, people are giving you good advice here and trying to help.
I understand that I would have loved to return the computer but of course there was a 20% restocking fee which that is uncalled for! Look I tried everything under the sun to resolve issue with seller he just would not cooperate just stubborn if you ask me Now the seller is no longer on eBay he must of gotten banned good just an awful seller who got what he deserved.

I clearly said the computer works excellent. I have done stress tests I played games like burnout paradise & black flag the computer did not melt or crash. Look People this computer is durable especially with Asus motherboard high quality parts. This computer is fairly new isn't even 3 years old yet.
Aye, and now intel has gotten off their butts. The processor is still very capable, but in reality it is 3 generations behind.

"buying this computer from eBay seller in late 2014" I really hope eBay would not let you make a claim 3 years later for the sake of all other sellers.Well, I'd still try to file a claim with eBay if you can. Since according to the eBay guarantee, get what you ordered or your money back.
Not sure if you're in that window, but you should file immediately. More so for a person that is banned.

Missed that, well in that case, it's time to just sell it for what he can get for it. Yeah, he won't be able to "cash it out" for as much as he wants, but can solidly use what he gets out of it to get another machine.
Alternatively, just keep it and buy a new video card and another stick of RAM. There is nothing wrong with the hardware. It can keep chugging along just fine.
