crossfire, multi-display?

With Crossfire enabled, you can use multiple monitors enabled unlike SLI which can only have one monitor enabled.

Please forgive me for asking, but are you sure about multi-display in CROSSFIRE?? I am planning to have a CROSSFIRE setup.. If this is true, then it would be a HEAVEN to me..:cool:
 
There is a god! :D It is about time this came out, I can't wait to get my Radeon 4XXX series card.
 
i can confirm for this.

I run my benq @ 1920x1200, and my nec multisync @ 1600x1200 on the right side. With crossfire enabled. but that is all you are limited to. 2 displays so make the most of it.

CrossfireX was supposed to support 8 displays max? I guess that's with a yet-to-be-released driver.

I run dual displays with my Maximus Formula (Intel X38) with a 3870X2 + 3870 and have no problems.
 
This is one reason I went with a Crossfire board so I can use dual monitors.

Sweet.. Then my 2x30' will soon be powered up by the new 4800s (Hopefully) :):)

It has been a while since I last upgraded my graphic card.. Hope that this will be a worthy upgrade..
