hey guys, I am running a core i7 860 at stock speeds on an asus p7p55d pro mobo, and the stock heatsink/cooler, core temp and speedfan are telling me verry different temps, speedfan is saying it is idling around 28C whilst coretemp is saying 40-45C, under load core temp is saying 90's +, after remounting the heatsink with mor ethermal paste under 100% load in prime95 they are sitting low 80's... whilst speedfan sais low high 60's low 70's...

what is everyone else experiencing here, I need to get a boltthrough kit for my TRUe i know, but this just seems insane, surely the stock cooler should do a bette rjob than this, according to reviews. no thermal limiting is happening and my case has good airflow (p182), temps creaping towards the 90's now, so ill stop prime95, argghh, thoughts/comments/suggestions?

(also, cpu-z shows it as a core i3... :S)
