Crashes while folding

First, the rig:

Gigabyte sniper m3 (newest release bios)
i5 3570k @4.7 GHz 1.35 vcore
G.skill ripjaw ddr3 1600 2x4gb
2x nvidia 560 ti
Corsair 750tx v2

CPU and both video cards are liquid cooled.

I have updated all of my drivers as well.

Previously, my computer would lock within thirty minutes of folding, but removing the SLI bridge seemed to fix that.

Now the problem is that my computer shuts off entirely about once or twice a day. I'll start the client (v7) before bed and some mornings I wake up to my computer entirely shut off.

I run the f@h client 24/7 except for few hours a week of gaming. My hottest cpu core gets up to 65 at most and my video cards up to about 40. I've tried running everything at stock clocks and voltages, but I have the same problem. I can run linx for hours with no hangs or crashes and f@h is definitely easier on my system than linx is.
 
I woke up to a blue screen this morning, it happens to my pc maybe once a week, its the only one I'm running smp and gpu on, my others that are smp or gpu only don't blue screen
 
I suspect a hardware issue, probably either mobo or more likely the PSU, do you have a spare PSU you can swap out?
 
You might be pushing that PSU to it's limits. Nice overclock on the i5 BTW. Does that motherboard have the additional sata power plug for when using two GPUs?

If it makes you feel any better, I've had my rig be Linx stable, but not f@h stable and vice versa for some reason.
 
Try only letting the v7 client use 2 or 3 of the CPU cores? Or do only GPU folding and see if you still have crashes?
 
Shutting off, as opposed to hanging or blue screen, is a power delivery problem.

PSU should be adequate, especially since that particular PSU has been tested to 850w...

I'd start by unplugging all the power cords and inspecting the connection (plug and adapter). I've had this happen when an 8pin wasn't making great contact with the motherboard plug and apparently kept arcing. By the time I figured it out, the single pin, and the corresponding slot in the adapter, were so oxidized, it wasn't salvageable (could replace cable, but motherboard plug needed replacement).
 
If things are crashing at stock speeds/voltages than I'd suggest testing out the ram with memtest would be a good place to start. If that checks out as others have said it's probably an issue with the psu or mobo.
 
I think that it was the PSU, although I haven't had enough time to be sure. The problem was that the bottom exhaust (where the fan is directed) was obstructed, so all the airflow was being redirected out the rear - highly inefficient if you could imagine. The obstruction was removed and have had no crashes yet.

@Wyxe: I had the 3570k @5.1 GHZ (w/ higher vcore) and LinX stable for ~30 minutes, but lowered it for folding stability :D
 
I'd not fold on the gpu and see if it crashes. I look at what you have for draw and am not too familair with draw on the i5, but with that OC, you may have surpassed the limits of the PSU.

If the cpu will do 24hr of cpu only folding, add 1 card and go for anothjer 24hr.

If CPU fails, mem test. if memtest passes, drop oc or feed more volts.

You mention blue screen, whats the bccode? This will help narrow down the error.
