Okay first off I'm using RightMark CPU Clock Utility to adjust my laptop CPU from the minimum.
I am running a Mobile AMD Athlon 64 4000+ (LanCaster SH-E5)
It's initial settings is
FID: 4.0x
VID: 0.950V
And it runs at 800mhz
When I scale it up it is at
FID: 13.0x
VID: 1.400V
And it runs at 2600mhz
Now the problem is it is also running at 75ºC to 80ºC and from what I understand 80º-90ºC is a danger zone for CPU health. Any ideas what's going on?
