CPU/ Mobo/ Ram $200??

Hey all,
My main tower died and I need to get something up and running again. Very limited budget I know, but I'm hoping with Black Friday just around the corner that it can be done.

I'm trying to keep it sub $200, but may be willing to go a little over depending.
Two criteria would be that the mobo must be matx and I'd love to have at least one sata 6 port for a future SSD upgrade.

I was thinking something along the lines of:

Yup, that will be around $300 as it stands. Though I'm hoping through deals on BF and combo items that I can drop it to $200. I'm open to buying used, so if anyone is looking to offload some parts I might be willing.

Any thoughts would be great.
 
Quick question- right now I'm running a 7800GT. How does that compare to the on board 4250? If the 4250 is better, I could sell the 7800GT for a little extra cash.
 
The HD 4250 will not be faster than the 7800GT.

Part choices seems sound so far. For the motherboards, I'd flip a coin between the Gigabyte and Asus motherboard.
