Good deal, the 1700 definitely looks like the best value from the Ryzen CPUs launched so far.

Ordered.... Canceled B&H backorder that has been sitting idle for 3 days now.

So far:

1) $83 refurb Corsair 115i from Fry's. Also free AM4 bracket from Corsair.
2) $129 G.Skill Trident Z DDR4 16GB 3200Mhz black/silver 8GBx2 modules
3) $309 R7 1700 - ebay
4) Pending - MSI Gaming Pro Carbon x370 (just making sure VRMs are there for long term stability)

Nice! Just saw the review that the 1700 overclocks to nearly the same level as the 1700x/1800x. My 1700x for $380 shipped is arriving tomorrow, so not worth cancelling, plus it gives me a good probability of hitting 4Ghz on water, which is all I'm really looking for. This is definitely the better value though, and a steal!

Also picked up the MSI Tomahawk B350 from Newegg, and it shipped as well.

And G.SKill Trident Z 3200Mhz DDR from outletpc.com

Not a bad upgrade for $525, from z87, 4770k with DDR3 I have been using for 4.5 years.

I'm in a similar position, overclocked my 4770k to 4.5ghz, and couldn't convince myself of the value proposition.
