1. are backups limited to 2tb? i currently have a 250gb os drive and 4 3tb hitachi's gpt

2. which types of software raid are available?

3. is there an faq for whs 2011 and not whs v1?

sorry for the noob questions, but i know absolutely nothing about whs, and just messing around at this point
 
1. Yes, that is the current limit. If you want more, or better, you can use Acronis on WHS2
2. Flexraid, Snapraid, DisParity. Most folks go with Flex.
3. MS has some thing, it is poorly written and hasn't been updated in a long time. Mediasmartserver has a good faq.
