I have been looking around for a modular PSU to get rid of my cable rats nest and came across this deal.

Newegg is selling the modular Corsair HX850 pro PSU for $169.99, with a 10% off coupon code ("CORSAIR10AUG") and a $20 rebate. If my math is correct, that brings it down to $133 plus shipping, which is about $30 cheaper than the reputable sellers on Google.

The code and rebate looks like it applies to every modular Corsair PSU, so there are similar deals on the HX750 and the AX series PSUs too: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...SpeTabStoreType=&AdvancedSearch=1&srchInDesc=

Thanks for sharing. Been needing to upgrade from my Corsair 520 for a long time now.

Looks like they mail you a $20 rebate card after waiting 10-12 weeks (!) for processing. Is the rebate card a pre-paid Visa or similar? I guess they don't do checks anymore?

I have one of these and I love it dearly. Corsair support is the best I've ever dealt with (not that you'll likely need it for this).

And yes, the rebate card is on a Visa giftcard. Still a good deal.

Seems like anything below $10.00 is a check from the larger companies and the smaller companies use all checks.

My bank won't accept these for deposit so I use them at Amazon for credit.
