Was running some stuff in Excel hit compute and machine just shut off and wouldn't turn back on. I did notice that the fan on the heatsink wasn't spinning then noticed the stuff below. I've only been running this thing a couple months(was on clearance at Best Buy in HotDeals). Its not water, nor is it thermal paste.

So I don't know what to do at this moment. The vid card had visible liquid on it that leaked into the PCI-E slot as you can see. I do have other cpu coolers, should I even try it? I've did some google stuff and see that Corsair does help people out with this.

If you haven't done so already, remove the entire H50 unit, the video card, and any other component that may have come into contact with the mysterious liquid. I recommend placing the H50 on top of a piece of paper to determine where the leak is coming from. You should also clean off everything that came into contact with the liquid using 70% or better isopropyl alcohol. Use a lint-free cloth or a paper coffee filter for the surface area and cotton swabs for the hard-to-reach areas. If you're afraid that the liquid may be toxic or corrosive (I don't know), go ahead and wear disposable gloves.

Regardless of what I've just said, keep following the Corsair forum for more information.

First time I've heard of one leaking.

Man, that's some gunk-a-pucky lookin' stuff! :D

It must get like that when it hits the heat?

Good Luck!
