Corsair 620W enough?

The 620 is powering the following components:

i7 920 @ 4.2 @ 1.4v
DDR3 @ 1.6
5870 o/c to 900/1250
1 DVD drive
1 Hdd
1 D5 pump
5 fans in total

I've been getting some cpu instability and was wondering if I needed more juice.

More than enough power. Just dial down your OC.

Yep, like Danny said, the issue is your overclock, not the PSU.

Thanks all, I wasn't sure if pumping more juice into my CPU for the overclock was over-extending my psu.
