Cooling question

I am building a new pc and am trying to get a good CPU cooler. I am going to have a E6600 on a ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131153 ). I have been looking at these 2 coolers.

I know that there is almost a $70 difference but the question is, which would be better.
 
Forget the TEC cooler, they are noisy, eats a lot of you power supply and in general a bad solution, nothing but trouble.

(for a little more than the TEC you could watercool and really have something. Corsair Nautilus 500 Watercooling Kit or the Tt Bigwater (see my sig) others are junk stay away.

The Turniq tower or a Thermalright ultra 120 are the best air coolers if you have room.

Here is a link to testing of coolers, while the article is about a new cooler they are testing it contains results of past tests which is what you should be looking at.
