Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 PSUs

The units are either in the testing process or CM didn't bother to send them to ECOVA for certification, probably they didn't feel like paying the 2500$ asked by ECOVA per tested unit.

The lower output versions of the SP M2 are made by Seventeam and are 80+ Bronze certified under their own name, can be found here.
The higher output versions are known Enhance designs, certified for 80+ Sliver efficiency under their own name and others(see Silverstone).
 
No, that means that CM took the cert from the platform rather then getting its own. As long as its the same components as the platform model, the 80+ cert should still be legit.

That being said, 80+ doesn't matter.
