Hey guys, I wanted to know if this was a good fan? Would i just have to put it in with screws? Any other installation? My computer manufacturer is irresponsible and my current crap fan has stopped working so now im looking for a new one. Thanks a lot.

It's ok if you can't be bothered to do the traditional backplate + bracket installation for a HSF. The TX3 uses push-pins for Intel so it's relatively easy to install.

However, in terms of price to cooling, the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo takes the cake:

It does require you install the special mounting brackets and a mounting plate. Which means you may have to remove the whole motherboard if your case doesn't have a large enough opening in the back of the motherboard tray.
