I hear a beep like continuous noise from my pc, it seems like its coming from CPU or somewhere on the mobo. I noticed one thing today, when I move my mouse sound stops, when I stop moving it I hear it again, I tried disconeting the mouse, but the beep stayed.
What is causing this annoying sound?

Very poor quality video, turn up the sound.

That sounds like something is touching something else it shouldnt like your audio jacks. Unplug your speakers and play around with that. Do you mean a high pitched squeel? I've heard that before on some systems and it's generally screwed up audio, some kind of short or your psu is dumb.

I didn't hear any beeps, lol. Could it be coil whine that you're hearing?

I looked up coil whine on youtube and the sound is more like beeeep beep beep, not like the one from coils. You know like Morse's code?

It can't be my PSU. I replaced it, after I had this problem.
I can turn off the speakers and disconnect them, the sound is still coming form somewhere near the CPU.
And I know the high pitched squeal, I had that problem on my old rig, from realtek audio, I can assure you this one is not sound card related.
Also, something touching? Then why the sound stops when I move the mouse pointer? So not that too.

P.S. Thanks for all the suggestions
