Do you mean for things like Steve's Hypothermia give aways? Obviously those are well publicized here, but I think I like the idea for getting the word out on other sites running contests. It would make a nice companion to Free Stuff, but I would be afraid of it getting filled up with referral type threads. I know the mods/admins are pretty good at weeding them out, but a fourm like that would look like an open invitation for them to spam the board.
