What is the memory requirements for UD? Anything like the 100+ mb needed for the big packets units?

Unless they changed it, the last I heard the Rosetta packets used the most Ram, originally when the project first started it would crash on any system with less then 256mb, because of this they cut it down to use 72mb.

I can't comment on the Rosetta units as I quit running those when my little UD boxen was just spinning its wheels in the mud with them, but the LIGANDFIT units (cancer specific) rarely uses much more than 20 mb, the one I am running right now, using only 12 thus far.

Hmm.. looks like the mem requirements are the same. Considering my A64 3000+ rig, how long do those Rosetta units take?

Oh wow. I was just having a half serious thread and it turns into shoving cacti into me. :eek:

To calm you guys down, I have decided to go with FAH on my main boxen. The threats you guys make are scary.

I think this is a serious offense.. such jokes could have done bad things to our older folders :D

I think this crime can only be amended by TWO borgs.. one for each project. Until such time as this task is complete; I reckon you'll be having some kind of abrasive plant hanging over your head.
