1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Diablo 3, LoL, probably lots and lots and lots of World of Tanks (even D3 hasn't drug me away). Also, I tend to have 30+ tabs open in my browser at a time and every once in a while will crack 3 digits before scaling back.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
No set budget but I am rather price/value concious. For example I'm not going to go from a $1000 build to a $1500 build for an extra 10% in performance. But if $1000 to $1100 would get me the 10% I'd consider it. Given what I know on pricing and performance I'm figuring somewhere within $1000-1500 will be my initial target

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
DFW area in Texas. Microcenter and Fry's both are available.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Letsee: MB, CPU (thinking i5 2500k or likely the IB equiv), RAM (16gigs since it's cheap), SSD (256gig), 2xOptical drives (1DVD, maybe 1Blu-ray?), Video Card. PSU. Will need a replacement case for my old build.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Have a 5400rpm 2TB harddrive that I bought for a different purpose that I'll be using as my primary storage drive. Also have a 7200rpm 1TB drive that I could use in this system as well. Have a P182 (maybe P180?) case that I'll be using although I'll need something for my old system to fit in then. Alternatively if there's a case out now that's liked better and affordable I'd consider it.

6) Will you be overclocking?
If it's cost effective, and so far I've yet to find it not be ;) Although it'll be on air and without pushing the envelope.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
Currently dual 1920x1200 24" displays. This machine would be wanted to drive a 2560x1440 27" display with a 20 or 24" side monitor. I'm not including the price of the monitor in the price of the build.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
If I go through with it, within the month. Been dithering on the high-res machine for a while now, but the Korean monitors have me seriously considering it now

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Don't need RAID. No real interest in SLI/CF if I can avoid it. I think that the games I play (not into FPS) will be fine at that res with a single card. I would like more than 4 SATA connectors. USB 3 would be nice. Usually I'm ok with pretty basic MBs, only issue with my current one for example is a shortage of SATA ports.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Windows 7 64bit retail and Windows Vista 64bit retail. Will be running 7 on the new machine and putting vista on my old machine. Paying extra for retail keys is paying off :)

Got the cash, just needing to make my stupid mind up and do something about it. :p

Mostly waffling on if I want to gamble on one of the korean 27" displays, I do need a new system even if it's only for 1920x1200, my current one is showing it's age.

Well I asked about the June 3rd date because that's when Microcenter's current CPU + mobo deals expire. Granted MC will have new CPU + mobo deals after that but they may not be as good as the current deals.

So if you can buy before June 3rd, grab the Core i5 2500K + Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H motherboard http://viewer.zmags.com/publication/ad47b62b#/ad47b62b/27]combo and you should be set.

As for the rest of the parts:
40$ - G.Skill Value Series F3-10666CL9D-8GBNT 2 x 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM
$240 - Crucial M4 CT256M4SSD2 2.5" 256GB SSD
$410 - MSI N670GTX-PM2D2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 670 2GB PCI-E Video Card
$63 - Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W PSU
---
Total: $753 shipped.

Danny Bui, just giving you an update so you know your time was appreciated :)

Wound up buying/ordering everything last weekend and am awaiting parts now. Got the microcenter deal with that mb, and tweaked some other parts (did decide on 16g of ram for example (1.5v, don't worry!)). Looking forward to this weekend when I've got everything here :)

Thanks!
