Ehg... sorta. What it means is official reviews, benchmarks, ect. can be published. At 9PM tonight, every major tech website should have a conroe review posted. Prior, we had the restults from a few guys who got ES's, but thats still not official. Tonight we will get getting the restults of retail hardware.

^^^ they want to release the data as soon as they can.

Many top review sites have had conroe's in their hands for a few months, much like the people on here who got ES samples, everyone is itching to get them out.

Now, some places like [H] may wait to do a review since they often revciew the process of purchasing the chip from a retail store, so they may have one review now, and maybe another later on.

But tonight the Internet is going to be slow thas for sure!

If I remember right, it was that way for the 7950GX2 NDA expiry. Everyone except the [H] had a review up the day it expired.

Most of the enthusiest crowd are not experienced enough to post worthy results and most end users dont have multiple hardware configurations to test different processors under the same condition variables. Tech Report is one of the better ones for processor reviews.

The reviews have already been done ahead of time. Review sites are just waiting to post the articles on their website.
