I had a problem on here before and got help figuring out my monitor needs replacing so I thought someone might be able to help with this issue.

Im not sure of the exact reason but my computer seems to randomly restart when I am playing games (mostly nfs carbon and bf2142). I am not sure the issue and was wondering what some people might suggest as to a cause.I did a prime95 test and an error came up but I have no idea what the error means. This is the result txt file:

I have

AMD Athlon XP 3200+ @2.2ghz (overclocked from 2500+ @ 1.8Ghz)
nForse2
Soltek SL-FRN2-L mobo
1gig pc3200 samsung ram
nvidia 6600GT AGP vid card with vivo
new Silent Boost heatsinc/fan
500watt power supply
2x80gig hdd
3 fans to exchange air, 2 out in the back and one coming in from side

Is this a problem which has developed recently in a system which worked fine for some time previously?

If so check for bad capacitors on your motherboard. That can be a source of random unexpalined problems.

Many mobo makes fell prey to the "bad cap issue" when millions of defective capacitors flooded the market a few years ago. Look for bulges and/or brown deposites.

Great motherboard by the way. The Soltek FRN2 is arguably the best nf2 board made.

download and run memtest86+ (google it for site) it will verify if it is a ram problem (or not).
