I have a Dell Inspiron desktop at work that has worked perfect 24/7 since i got it. Monday when I came into work the computer was off. I didn't think much about it. I came in this morning and the computer was off again. It seems to be going off at night for some reason. Anyone got any suggestions that I can check out to trace down the problem? i.e. any software I can run on it to see if there is a problem? I know the first suspect would be the PSU, but aside from that? Anyway to tell what is just shutting it down?

Look in the Event Manager?

If there's no indication of a shutdown, I'd be looking at the PSU.

Did you mean PSU or was it actually connected to a UPS?
