Computer having random freezes/lock ups

Hi all,

I'm officially going insane at this point. I probably should have posted on here a long time ago to seek help. At this point now, I have no clue.

Here's the run down. This is when my issues first started months ago. I had installed a 6970 and didn't have the water block for it yet. When I ordered my new block I decided to upgrade my PSU to the Corsair 850AX. I also changed out all my tubing at the time. Right after I finished all this up I started to have issues. Screens in Windows would randomly freeze, say like Control Panel. I could then click on start menu or something else. Sometimes the Start button will not let me click on it and open. The freezes are very random. You can usually ctrl alt del, task manager, and they'd respond again. Sometimes not. It would usually be fine in BIOS but it will freak out there as well.

Here's what I've done. I started off by putting in a brand new HDD I hadn't installed yet. Unplugged all my other drives and installed a fresh W7x64 install. Problem persisted. So at this point I'm wondering if I got water on something while switching out the tubing. Or maybe I installed the water block wrong on the Vid. I had a Birthday coming up and my fiance has been wanting her own PC to game with me. So I purchased a new Z68 board and i5 2500k. The problem persisted. I currently have three different drives with Windows installed for testing, all have same issue. I ran a MEM Test, passed. Since I needed parts for my fiances rig, I purchased some new RAM for my build to give her the old ones. Problem persists. So earlier this week I borrowed a known working card from a friends rig and installed it. Problem persists, even with a fresh windows install on one of the drives. So I decided to purchase a new Corsair 850AX (again thinking if the old one wasn't really bad fiance could use. I guess I'm lucky to use the purchasing as an excuse to build hers, so she's cool with all this lol. So today I wake up seeing my new PSU arrived. I installed.. problem persists. I'm beyond stumped at this point and have officially started to go insane. This problem first started at my apartment and continued here at our house. I've also tried different power outlets in the house.

So at this point I have no clue. Could I have gotten a second bad PSU? Case in the past hasn't ever caused issue, think it could be something not grounding right on the case? Or the water pump is causing problems. Cause this point I have no idea, everything has been basically swapped out. Its essentially a new PC. If I have the time today, I'm going to yank out all the old parts. Install them in one of my spare case's and leave the water cooling out of the loop. Please any suggestions or help on this will save my insanity.

You've already swapped out the RAM, HDD, GPUs. You didn't mention swapping out the mobo and CPU. If you haven't done so already, do so.
 
I purchased a new Z68 board and i5 2500k. The parts in my SIG we're the prior parts. Minus the 6950 being unlocked, I was going to do that. Sold it to a friend and got a 6970 instead. When the problem started, it was on the 1336 and i7.
 
You wouldn't believe what fixed it. Both my logitech G15 keyboards are bad. Tried them in a friend rig and the same issue happened to his. I would have never thought in the world. Thread can be deleted.
