Compilation: Post your Conroe C2D Temperatures

C3D E6300 @ 3416
Vcore 1.304

My clock tells me it's 23'c in here...

Danger Den TDX and a BIP Xflow 240 gives me:

Idle: ~38-39'c
Dual Load after 2 hours: ~ 45
Triple Load (Orthos and RBTHDRBL) after 2 hours: ~49c

Core temp or Asus AI?

I used to run rthdribl for ultimate stability too. But for whatever reason, I can't get profiles to work nicely in ATI tool for the 19xt. :(

Core Temp and Speedfan both show me the same temperatures under Load, and about a 1c difference at idle...

I chose to avoid ASUS AI, as Its ugly, and has done nothing good for me in the past :p

C2D E6600 ES (stepping 4 B0) @ 2,88 GHz (8x360), vcore 1,3125 volts
Asus P5WDH DLX
Thermalright Ultra 120 with Antec Tricool 120 fan @ 2000 rpm
Asus X1900 XT
Enermax Liberty 620 psu
Lian Li 6277 case with 2 more Antec Tricool 120 fans

Core Temp: 86C (!!) in idle mode
Asus Probe 2: 42C in idle mode

Guess there is something wron with reading the digital thermal sensors of the Conroe ES
The more, core temp identifies the CPU as an "Intel Core 2 Duo E6500" - which does not exist !

Anyone else out there with similar experiences ?

Thx a billion in advance !

Asus P5B Deluxe
E6600 OC 2.90GHz
Default Vcore: 1.325V
Cooling: Stock SHSF
Idle temp: 50C
Load temp (Othoros): ~70C

So yeah these temps are getting on my nerves. I've been itching to overclock the processor but with these temps I don't think I can run Othoros overnight.

E6300 @ stock everything
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
Thermalright XP-120
Evercool 120 mm fan, 1200 RPM
Smart Fan disabled in BIOS
Antec P180 case, all panels on.

idle: 36 C
load: 53 C

Best of all, it's quiet enough to be left on overnight when I go to bed.

wow you guys are getting nice temps

my specs:

e6700
p5n32 sli se deluxe
zalman cnps 9500 cu led

my idle temps at stock clocks are 32C?!?!?!?

i noticed though when i install it it seems kinda loose like you can wiggle it back and fourth, I know i tightened everything really good because i almost stripped one of my screws while screwing in the heatsink fan. Anyone else have hte same problem? PM or post...

on my e6600 clocked to 2.75ghz temps are

idle = 30oC
load= 40oC

mobo temps 35oC

this is all on stock coolers and inside a thermaltake xaser3 alu case with standard 7 case fans with a tagan 480w psu all runs next to silent and i replaced the thermal paste with antec reference that dropped temps by abt 4oC

what motherboard do you have? and what program are you using to check your temps, thats pretty deng good.

EIST ENABLED for iDLE TEMP 333x6*1.100 ^^^
E6600 @ 333x9*1.325 TEMP = iDLE --> 35-40C | LOAD --> 45-50

danger den tdx (3x120 dd stealth rad)

using an asrock 775dual vsta mobo and using core temp and intel TAT + hardware temp sensor to show temps i dont trust speedfan now its out by at least 5oC to 10oC and i think temps are good coz ive got the airflow right in the case plus hey i live in scotland ambient temp is only 18oC lol

just started messing around with my e6600. 3150mhz 350fsb. vcore 1.34. idle temp 43c max load with prime95. using ninja plus and antec 900 case with all 5 fans at low speed. are my numbers high? not sure if ninja is seated properly. was a pain to lock in and don't want to take it out ever. how long does the thernal grease take to settle and see any changes temp wise from it.
