Does anyone see a conceivable problem with me pairing a Phenom II X4 955 (here) with a BioStar TA790GX (here)?

My friend just bought a whole new rig and gave me his old setup, listed above, because he said there was some kind of compatibility issue.
 
Any suggestions on a resonably priced motherboard that would work? Nothing fancy.
 
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? UEFI? etc.

RAID, SATA 6Gb/s, and onboard HDMI would be nice, but not mandatory
