Dont have much time but I've come across the internet out here in the field (in btwn Ft. Bliss and Camp McGregor 3x a day) and I just noticed something..

Were about a million, actually less than (500k or so), points away from passing default in PPD value. Now, in the spirit of multi team rivalry I suggest we try something...

So far, EVGA is the only team that has passed default, so they hold that crown...

In the true nature of the horde lets show 'em we still got a little piss and vinegar left in us, let's pass by default, even if for a short while, just to say we did it, and because were a competitive team we can then say EVGA isn't the only team to have done it

I'm not trying to start any fights here, but this seems like a good nature'd little push. Will we add a few mill to catch EVGA? No, but we can add another title to our amazing team history and since we are kinda pulling out of the CC now a days it seems like a good way to fling some good ol fashion poo in the name of the horde!!

I'm kinda suprised because since I started training my SR2 has managed to stay up and running. Something has knocked out my GPU folder (20k or so) but I'm still racking over 100k. In the spirit of the fight I'm going to leave my cable on a while longer while I'm here (money permitting) and help out as long as I can. After we pass default I'll have to shut down for a short while while I'm deployed and waiting for my brother to move into my house and resume folding, but I think I'll keep her going just to help that extra little bit.

(of course this is providing I still have power lol, over 1/2 of my home county is out of power due to that ice MESS up there, I'm kinda worried about that tree across hitting my house but as long as my house still has power I'll try to keep her folding lol)

Found some D sitting right next to me. It's not much, but it's not nothing. :cool:

2.0ghz Core Duo laptop. Unknown PPD, will report back later.
 
I have fired up a couple more clients which are getting about 200 PPD a piece per both cores on the 69-point WUs. Actually, it also made my room a little warmer as it was cold in here from this blizzard up here in New England! :)
 
I've been at 100% capacity ever since the cold hit. I don't think I have 1 mhz left.

Now, I'm planning another sandy bridge upgrade, if somebody wants to buy a Q6600/x38 mobo/4gb OCZ Reaper/Xigmatek heatsink for $199 :)
 
i could run my gpu's but my electricity bill was in the 80 dollar range again just running my cpu client. stupid winter power bills. average temp was 8 degree's higher then last year which ment we had to pay more on our bill.
 
yeah but the folding power is offset by heating power in the winter.

I'm trying to think about how I can add another 20-30k ppd, which would put me over 100k ppd. I can't wait until the amd/ati client comes out, we should have a nice increase then as well.
 
Trying as best i can, another SR-2 coming online soon, only dual quads though.

"default" is a testament to how stupid people are :)

HTPC upgrade! New to the whole naked boxen thing. Now to see what kind of OC I can pull off while I wait for my H50 and decide on a case.
