Had a similar thing happen at work a couple years back. Me and a couple other guys were out the sale talking, and one of them happened to do some adjusting. Fast forward a couple hours later and I'm in the breakroom on break. The manager's office is right there and he has the door open as he works at his desk. The phone rings and about 30 seconds into the convo he starts apologizing and then ends with "I'll get to the bottom of this."
Apparently when the guy standing in our group did the adjusting he happened to glance at a customer who was walking by. She saw him looking at her with his hand on his crotch and automatically assumed he was making a sexual gesture at here.
Now, I'm not saying the Comcast guy didn't do what the lady said, but there *are* times when people just freak out and let their imaginations run wild.
