CM Hyper 212+ vs Rocketfish Universal

OK, you shouldn't have any worries. Without taking the old one out and putting the new one in, I can't say I'll have to take the windows fans our or not. BUT, the HS should fit on. It is 6" tall and quite a beast. I'll try to get it put on tomorrow so you can see how it goes.

Sorry I forgot to update this thread. It fit ok, but I had to take the side fans out. I'm sure you will be ok. The fan either didn't work or didn't work with my motherboard. It would spin up and then quit. I'm not sure if it was because of the lack of heat (it might be thermally adjusted), but because it would shut off and because it isn't running, the computer would shut down. I replaced it with another one I had and it works fine. Temps are sitting at 53C° at full load with on OC @3.3Ghz from 2.8Ghz. Oh and it sits at 43C° at idle. My office temp is usually about 25C°..sometimes a bit hotter because of afternoon sun. The rest of the house sits at 76F°, but this room with all of the electronics and the sun makes it a little hotter.

I've heard you really have to tighten it for it to be at it's best, but I'm a bit scared. But, I bumped it and it shifted a bit, so I'll probably go in and tighten it a bit more.

All in all I'm very pleased with it. Let me know what you think about your case and your HS when you get it all together!
