I've also gotten that by clicking a link to the front page from a front page news thread, and sometimes by clicking the "[H]ard|OCP" button in the top bar. Have had no issues going directly to hardocp.com or the news article in that screenshot. This is from a residential internet connection with no filters.

I've been having issues with click. links timing out too of links all over the place. But it seems to happen randomly.


(Thank you for reminding me about how Windows 3.1 looks baaad. :p)
