Just got a new laptop (Core i7m @ 2.0 with turbo to 2.5) and thought I'd throw the classic client on board. I'm debating wether to run a second instance or not. It is a nice new laptop and I'm not really keen on seeing if I can kill it with heat by running 4 instances. I'm not worried about points, just thought I'd suck up some of the Classic WUs.

Currently working on a P7021 with 10:30 TPF and 2700 PPD.

A noble endeavor. 2700ppd on a classic client is some serious foldage! I've got a laptop with a T5250 CPU in it but I've recently salvaged a T7300 and was thinking of swapping it in. Might try a classic client on it as well. Why the hell not eh?

The work needs to be done.

Good work.

Just be glad the bonus points came to the classic client!

Yeah, that was a pleasant disovery. I let it fold away for 2-3 units and started to wonder why HFM reported such higher PPD than I was seeing. I forgot about my passkey, since I assumed I didn't need it. Added my passkey, and I'm getting full credit now.
