I've seen a few mods where the guy sent off the pieces to get chromed and it looks soo sweet. does anyone recommend any good places in USA that are worth looking into for chroming stuff?

Go to a local classic car show and ask them where they get their chrome done.....

With any luck, you can find a local place to do it so you don't have to pay shipping.... plus you'll get to see some nice old cars.:D

There's bound to be at least one good local place up there in Jersey
 
check out your local Harley Davidson shops....they have places that do great jobs, show quality
