Choice between these two boards?

For a C2duo system (6400). Will only be running one video card (GeForce 7950). Will need wifi (will need card if I dont get the p5b deluxe). Would like to OC a little.

About $70 savings to go with the non-deluxe version. Any comments?

I would suggest getting a Gigabyte DS3 its a rock solid board and great OCer. From what I hear Asus PB5-E has problems with its raid.

Thanks for the suggestion null. I looked at that board, but I see a track-record of problems with gskill ram (which I was planning on getting).

Only the G.Skill HZ ram which uses the Micron D9 chips. Bios fix supposedly needed as well as a resistor swap out to get extreme OC's on the D9 chips.

I'd get the P5B-E since it's cheaper and probably has the "updated" new revision of the 965 chipset. Either one is fine (as is the DS3). I've used the P5W and DS3 and both worked fine with G.Skill memory (non HZ that is).

I would go with the P5B-E then and throw in a cheap wireless card. Youre also only using one PCI-e slot. Just my 2 cents.
