Check DRAM Command Rate in Windows?

Is there a program for Windows that will tell me what my DRAM Command Rate is set to? My motherboards BIOS always sets it to AUTO and I want to make sure it's set to 1 T.
 
One is Systool 617....Google it and download it. You can even change your DRAM settings inside windows...
Pretty powerful program so don't get too excited and do too much with it...

A64 Tweaker would sometimes freeze my Windows when I used it :(. Especially when changing Cas latency.
