• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Hello there.

I recently registered on your forums. Because your forums did not accept my regular gmail address, i used a hush.ai address to register - which worked. Unfortunately, that account is now suspended due to inactivity and i cannot recover my password.

So i'm still logged in, from the same IP as i used to register; but i can't login anymore on any other computer on my LAN. Could you perhaps be kind and reset my email address to 'sub.mesa@gmail.com' instead? That would be a great service!

Kind regards,
sub

I know i don't have enough posts yet for that criteria. But since i will lose access to my account without the email changed, my only alternative would be to stop posting on these forums. I feel that would be a shame, and i'm asking for some leniency in this case.

Your email doesnt have to work.

The one i registered with back in the day was disabled about a year ago, and i never changed it to Gmail cause it wasnt allowed.
The forum still works tho.

You will have to provide a valid email address to straighten out your account. As mentioned before, special status is given to those members that qualify. You can use a personal email address without worry....the Admins are the only ones who will see it.

I will remind others that the forum rules require that you keep your email current and functional.

(6) No Web based EMAIL ACCOUNTS (i.e Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) allowed for forum registration. You must have a valid e-mail account where you can be reached by a forum moderator or administrator. Email accounts must be updated in your account when a change is required.

Kyle was so kind to reset my address. So now my issue is resolved. Thanks so much, Kyle!
