It seems that most people who posted in the FNW thread didn't bother to read the "Changes" Editorial. IMO, I think the review was well done and stuck with their plan for evaluating systems.
In order to eveluate the "total consumer experience", they including everything from build to customer support. Yes they had some bad luck, but they came out with a recommendation in the end. Why? Because FNW has proven their build quality time and time again, and they were able to stand ebhind this system even though it was a bad apple in the bunch. IMO, to say it was NOT recommended because of one bad system would be very unfaithful to the consumer... the truth is that on the whole FNW is reliable, and they have the tech support and customer service to back it up.
BTW mods if this is straying too close to the other topic, delete it, but I think the way the FNW was wrote relates well to this one.
