$399 will be definitely a GTX770 and not a 760.
is this leaks official from CES? I can't find anything about this on CES site.

It's horseshit based on a collection of random rumours. The numbers don't make sense. The only part of that link that might be valid is "launch is sooner than you thought".

as far as I know nvidia usually launch high end cards before the others.
do you think that this times it will launch middle/low cards before the top tier?
