Cell phones?

Pardon me if this thread doesn't belong, but I couldn't think of anywhere better to put it...

Does anyone know of a site like hardocp that has good reviews, but reviews cellphones?

Reason I ask is that last time my cellphone comapny gave me a "upgrade" I went from a phone I liked to one I hated and I am up for another upgrade.

Googling around i havn't been able to find any reviewing pages of cellphones that arn't also selling them....

Any ideas?
