I received my key within 5 mins of the order. I'd message them and see what is the hold up.

I received my Battlefield key in literally 30 seconds.
Send them a message. Not sure what's up. It's also very possible they ran out of keys. This has happened in the past with greenmangaming.

They were most likely out of keys since that was the only BF5 sale and it was a holiday.
Then got more the next day.

Been using them for years without issue. They're not that great with sales on smaller platforms like Uplay or Origin, but they're reliably 10-20% off on Steam. Sometimes much more. Apparently if you're buying something that isn't popular in certain regions, you can potentially save a ton. I guess their pricing relates to different regions/currencies having different prices for the same content.

Arbitrage.

I've also utilized CDKeys for several years, and receive the game key within seconds of finalizing my order.

Anyone know if Vermintide 2 is region locked? As in could I buy the $5 RU/CIS keys for friends to play with me on my Global version?

I ordered batman. No email, not in spam, no way to retrieve key, and no response from support.

Well I ripped off.

cdkeys has always been legit for me. just email their tech support. I'm sure it will get sorted.

In other news, when will GTA V drop to $5 already :) Hasn't that game been out long enough? Is it really that much better than anything else?

CDkeys has unbelievably good support in my experience and answer all questions and concerns fairly quickly. It is not some half ass canned response like you get on Steam after days of waiting.

Double check the email you utilized in the purchase process.
This.
Its so easy to make a typo these days. Even I've done it. Unless your spam filter thinks cdkeys is a black market site and blocks everything instantly but then why aren't you using outlook / hotmail then?

Everything checks out. Nothing.
If you didn't get an email how do you know you put in the correct address?

No need to assume foul play. I've purchased dozens of games from them, not a single issue ever. If you didn't get a key it must be a technical issue. I never had to contact their support so I Don't know what is the turnaround time there, it might be higher with the sales going.

Disappointing, but not surprised. Ill run a chargeback via my credit card

So, you placed the order and there was no issue on your end (spam filter, payment, ect...) and they did not respond to your service request? Would be a first that I have heard of. I've spent a lot of money with them and never had any issues.

why didn't you just use paypal to pay?
Would be a lot easier.
and this incident is the very first time I ever heard of a problem like this.

They responded to me today with the generic "check spam" folder and such. I asked them to resend and I just get the generic email.

I loath paypal. I purchased a screen on ebay with buyer protection and it arrived DOA, missing the control PCB. Paypal resolution ruled for the seller and I was fucked for over $600. I only use paypal when I have no other choice.

Eh, with cdkeys I only use paypal to avoid any issue with card charges given they are in europe. I had problems a few years ago with greenman gaming over that.

Son, Paypal favors the buyer 99.9% of the time, I'm willing to bet there's more to the story here...

Paypal + Discover (before they got rid of buy protection) was the only way to roll...

Also I have dealt with CDkeys support directly, they gave me another key when a product I ordered didn't work, and wound up with 2 copies in the end that worked lol...

Picked up Stellaris and Tyranny, two of the slow-burn games I've been looking at getting for a while.

Simple story. DOA screen. One of the Shimian 1440. Opened the box, went to plug it in and where the connector should have been was just a hole in the housing. Opened the back and the PCB control board was not there. Just a panel inside a shell. Took photos, contacted seller. I had ordered 6 screens from that seller for myself and a friend. I even posted photos of side-by-side of a good screen and the one with the missing PCB where you could see the DVI and power connectors and the other that just had vacant cutouts. Got the whole "we test before shipping" nonsense. Filed a claim with paypal, including photos. The response was denied and case closed. Once its closed, its done. I havent used ebay since and only use paypal when there is no other option. With my CC, atleast I can talk to someone. Paypal, you're fucked, their shit is final. There is no number you can call and no email thats not an automated response(atleast not then, those cocksuckers may have changed things since). Screen is still sitting in a box in the garage somewhere. So son, you can make up % numbers all you want, but any time spent on google can indicate that its not uncommon to see people who got fucked by paypal. Im sure its a minority, but it doesnt change the fact that it fucking blows when you get hosed for $500 and paypal is like "naw, fuck you".

My two support emails to CD keys gave the exact same automated responses to check spam folder.

So, you opened up the screen and expected them to take back a product which you may have broke? I don't blame them in that situation.

Well, pops... you're absolutely a minority here. CDKeys has always been great in mine, and apparently everyone else here's experience. As far as PayPal goes, yep, they've had their issues but they are not difficult to get a hold of and usually side with the buyer more often than not.
