Lol. Uninstalled the drivers all together. Did not use DriverSweeper because Guru stopped supporting it? This is what I get now:

Supposedly the software only comes with adware/crapware now, so they aren't re-distributing it any longer.

I installed the 11.5a hotfix and it DID NOT fix the screen flashing issue I have in Fallout3.
Uninstalled, back all drivers out, reinstalled. SAME SH*T!

I'm getting that screen flashing in a couple of games too.

I've even reverted to the 11.4's and still get it, hmmm?

I upgraded from 11.2 to 11.4 and then I got the screen flashing issues.
I just noticed the "fix" on 11.5 hotfix for screen flashing in Fallout 3 was for 6000 series cards. Mine is a 5750. NO idea what is going on; can't find any info in the web.

I dont know for sure what you guys are referring to when you say "flickering issues", but I have had problems with 11.5 where on my primary monitor (connected through DVI) the video image would start rapidly scrolling to the right, as if the horizontal hold was off on an old CRT TV. It stays like this until I alt-tab out of the hardware accelerated application, and that usually leaves the edge of the screen in the middle of the monitor, and is stuck that way unless I disable/re-enable the other two monitors.

I changed back to 11.4 and the problem went away.

EDIT: I should add that I am not using eyefinity or any of that. Just using 3 separate monitors.
