Case for a cheap NAS Box

I'm throwing together a new computer for my home storage server. I already have a cpu and 3 SATA hd's (plan to have no more then 4 total. I need a case to hold these in. I have a couple of requirements: 1st the HD's need to be easily be removed and replaced as needed. Second it needs to be light, 3rd I'd like it to be somewhat cheap. Less then $100 would be great. Anyone have any recommendations? Oh and reasonably quiet too...
 
Reasonably quiet? Umm, depends on your definition. I like the Centurion 5 series from Coolermaster. I got one for my file server running 5 320gb SATA drives using hard drive coolers and it works fairly well. About $40 on average when I got mine.
 
The Antec P180 might not be too bad for you either -- it's on the high end of your price range...but it is virtually silent with a good PSU and quiet drives. It will hold up to 6 drives, and comes with 3 nice 120mm adjustable speed fans.
 
Fry's had a deal on an antec solo for $50 (normally 80), I picked one up. It would fit your description.

It has two ways to mount the HD's. 1 is to suspend it with the provided rubber bands or to mount it on little trays with very soft rubber grommets. If fits a 120mm fan in the back and you can fit a 120mm fan in the front if you take off the housing for the 2 92mm fans.

Comes with some dampening material pre-applied, but it's not exactly high quality dampening.
 
Something else i saw on the egg was the Lian-Li PC-60. It still have one just sitting around, its a classic. Under 100. Nice thing is the drive cage, pull 2 thumbscrews to get the drives out. Only downer is the 80mm fans, its not loud, comes with a built in controller, but my new A10 is definetly quieter.
 
go for a antec super lanboy its perfect for your needs.. its the light case from antec (think <7lbs) it have hdd trays for quick switching.. and its small at that.. and can fit everything you throw at it and they are only like <$80
 
I'm really not a fan of the Rosewill's, a buddy of mine got one and it just wasn't really nice. I like the ideal of a Super LanBoy. They have those at the Microcenter around the corner from my house. I think they also carry all of the other ones everyone mentioned. So I'm gonna go check some out tonight after work.

Funny story.... Back when these first came out and I was working at BB I was completely amazed at how light, but durable the case was. So buddies and I were screwing around one late, dead evening when a young guy came by looking for recommendations on a case. I got the nod from my manager and said "Well if you are looking for something small, yet light and sturdy..." at this point I picked up the case and tossed it at the kid. He was so surprised he was waiting for it to smack right into him, then to his amazement the case just "floated" into his hands. Possibly the stupidest thing I have done, CSR wise but still the kid bought one. Quite a convincing way to sell a "lite" case.
