Case cooling

OK here is my problem and I'm hoping for a easy answer.
I have a Apevia full tower case that the steel is kind of thick so I didn't want to try cutting new air holes.

the case has one side fan 120mm that moves 63 CFM and I added a front fan that is also 120mm 63 CFM
that's 126 CFM of air going in.

now for the outlet fan it will be a 120mm that moves around 80CFM not near enough to balance the air in and out of the case.
I left the fan guards intact to try and restrict the intake fans some so the 126 CFM will be much less around 100 CFM I think.
I'm thinking the power supply fan will help move a little air out maybe 15 CFM "its a NEO HE 550 and I believe its a 80mm fan that moves very little air".

any ideas? should I restrict the air in more or break down and cut a new air hole?

ok thank you i was hoping i didn't have to try to cut this case.
i have always stuck to the rule if you move so much air in you need to move that much out.
before i never had to count the power supply fan for moving air but im stuck with 3 fan locations.
to help out im ordering a new fan this one moves 87 CFM, that may help out some and still not be to loud.

you are way too worried about it, that case is not airtight and 3 x 120 is more than enough in any configuration. Actually I like your current setup because as you guessed you will be forcing air through the power supply to aid in its cooling (you did not include the cfm of its fan in your calculations as you noticed yourself).

Also keep in mind that despite good overall case airflow hot spots can develop, for example in some cases a large/long video card acts as an air dam separating the upper part of the case from the lower and the MCH/Northbridge which typically sits just above the video card can be shielded from airflow. The side fan usually gets that but if you use a side panel duct, it might not.

IMO you dont need to order that fan, and it will be loud(er) . Put the money in a big ass cpu heatsink with a 120mm fan that will blow cpu heat directly at that rear exhaust or better cooling for the 8800, if its stock it vents the hot exhaust into the case.

More air that's means some more fans and more noisy , let's check your temperature system first . Do it if necessary
