Can't seem to clone SSD with OS

Hi,

I have a Samsung 840 Evo SSD 240GB which is set up as a dual boot drive with 2 partitions.

One partition has Windows 7 (music production)and one partition has Windows 10 (gaming).

I just bought a Samsung 850 Evo SSD 500GB and have attempted both the Samsung Data Migration tool and my Paragon cloning software to clone the 240GB SSD exactly as it is over to the 500GB SSD but with no luck.

It just won't boot.

Any ideas? Tutorials on the correct way to go about this?

Most modern cloning software should be able do it, you can try other migration software. Macrium Free or EaseUS todo backup might also be something worth looking into.
